At Elite Etching LLC, we strive to provide an exceptional experience—one that inspires confidence, satisfaction, and a desire to return. We believe our policies should be fair, clear, and transparent so every customer knows exactly what to expect. All policies are subject to change without notice. By using our website and/or placing an order—whether or not the order is submitted through the website—you acknowledge and accept all current policies. Artwork
We are pleased to create custom artwork or to use artwork provided by you. Artwork should be submitted in a CSV file. Contact us for details and a quote on custom artwork.
Copyrights
Copyrights are important, and we take them seriously. If you provide artwork for your order, you must also provide written confirmation that the artwork is your own or written proof that you have permission to use it. Copyright violation may result in legal consequences for you.
Artwork Proof
We take great care with every detail of your order. If your project requires a proof before production, a digital proof will be emailed to you for review. It is your responsibility to carefully check the proof, request any necessary corrections, and notify us of any changes. Once we receive your proof approval, your order will be scheduled for production. Any revisions requested after a signed proof has been approved may result in additional charges. If the order has already been produced, we can create a new order with the updated design; however, you are responsible for payment of both the original order and any additional orders. No refunds or credits will be issued for any order after the customer has approved the proof.

Production & Delivery Delays
Every piece created by Elite Etching LLC is handcrafted with care, precision, and respect for the materials we work with. Because our process is rooted in craftsmanship rather than mass production, timelines can occasionally shift. Any production or delivery timeframe we provide is an estimate, not a guarantee. Variations in material availability, design complexity, equipment needs, seasonal demand, or unexpected delays from shipping carriers may affect the schedule. These moments are a natural part of creating custom, one-of-a-kind work. If a delay occurs, we will communicate with you and provide updated expectations. Production or delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or credit, as each piece is made specifically for you.
Once an order leaves our studio, responsibility for transit rests with the shipping carrier. Elite Etching LLC is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors, though we will gladly assist you in navigating the carrier’s claims process.
Cancellation/Credits/Refunds
No refund will be issued for any order cancelled after material has been ordered for your order or production of your order has begun. If you wish to cancel an order, and production has already begun, or material has already been ordered for your order, a credit may be issued and applied to a new order. Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for any order after the customer has approved the proof. All Elite Etching LLC pieces are handcrafted, and as a result, natural variations and imperfections will occur. These characteristics are intentional and contribute to the beauty, uniqueness, and value of each finished piece. Refunds or credits will not be provided for these inherent qualities. Orders involving the reproduction of artwork created by another artist are also non-refundable. Each artist works in their own distinct style, using their own skills, methods, and processes; therefore, exact duplication is neither possible nor guaranteed. Elite Etching LLC reserves the right to make necessary design adjustments when required by the source artwork, the material, or the structural integrity of the product. Such adjustments are made to ensure the best possible outcome, and no refunds or credits will be issued for these changes. Production or delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or credit, as each piece is made specifically for you. This policy applies to all payments, including deposits,
partial payments and full payments. If a customer initiates a credit card chargeback, the customer will be responsible for any and all costs incurred by Elite Etching LLC as a result of the chargeback. These costs include, but are not limited to, the original invoice amount, attorney and non-attorney fees, and any related expenses. All such amounts become due and payable immediately upon the chargeback determination.
Right to Decline
Elite Etching LLC reserves the right to decline to produce any order that, in our sole judgement, contains content that is illegal, vulgar, lewd, sexually suggestive, or otherwise offensive. We also reserve the right to make final determination regarding whether or not to produce any product or order. If an order is declined after payment has been received, you may choose to revise the design or to receive a refund. No refund will be issued for any order cancelled after material has been ordered for your order or production of your order has begun.
